Ferrylend is the CRM for MCA brokers, ISOs, funders and business lenders: merchant cash advance brokers, ISOs and funders first, with business loans, lines of credit, SBA and equipment alongside.
Why we started
Lending shops run on speed and relationships, and the software most of them use was not built for either. The established tools in this space charge a setup fee before you have logged in once, keep their prices behind a sales call, and make a rep click through screen after screen to send one deal to a handful of lenders.
So the rest of the work leaks into spreadsheets, inboxes and memory: which lender takes trucking, who already declined this merchant, when a deal is ready to renew, what commission is still owed.
We started Ferrylend by sitting with brokers who do this every day and writing down exactly how they work: how they import a lead list, what goes in a submission package, which criteria rule a lender out, how a split is calculated. Then we built one place for all of it, from the first call to the renewal, and we keep building it with the people who use it.

The company
Ferrylend is built and operated by Digital Mundo LLC, a small software company that designs, builds and runs its own products. The people who write the code also answer support, so a question goes straight to someone who can fix the problem.
