ISO shops, MCA brokers and sub-ISO teams, from a single closer to a full sales floor.
Lenders matched to every deal
Store each lender's box once: revenue, time in business, credit, positions, NSFs, industries, states. Every deal shows who it qualifies for and the rule behind every pass or fail.
Statements you can underwrite from
Enter each month's deposits, average daily balance, NSFs and negative days per account and get averages, trend and a combined holdback check before you submit.
One package, many lenders
Build the submission once with per-lender email templates and the right documents, send it from your own email, and track every status and decline reason.
Offers with the math done
Factor, buy rate, fees, payoffs and frequency go in. Payback, net funding, payment, holdback and your commission come out, side by side for every offer.
Commissions you can reconcile
Expected versus received per funded deal, splits to reps and partners, clawbacks, and a lender commission statement you can upload and match line by line.
Renewals you do not miss
See who is eligible to renew now, in the next 30 days and later, based on each lender's paid-in threshold, and start the renewal deal in one click.
From lead list to signed application
ISO shops buy and generate leads from many places: live transfers, aged leads, UCC lists, mailers, web forms and referrals. Import any CSV or XLSX list, map the columns once and save the mapping as a preset for that vendor, and duplicates are skipped before they land on a rep's desk.
Every lead carries its source, so the source report shows which vendor turns into applications and funded deals. Reps work leads by status (Hot Lead, Cold Lead, App Out and so on) with an attempt counter, and log each call with an outcome. When a merchant is ready, one step converts the lead into a merchant, an owner and a deal.
Merchants can also apply on their own. Your shop gets a public application link, and a rep can share a personal version so the new lead is assigned to them. The form collects the business and owner details, a credit range, consent, and three to six bank statements.
Statements, positions and the real affordability picture
Funders decline most MCA deals on cash flow, so the deal record is built around it. For each bank account you enter monthly deposits, withdrawals, deposit count, average daily balance, NSFs and negative days. The CRM totals and averages them, shows the revenue trend, and keeps card-processor statements alongside.
Existing positions are recorded on the merchant with the lender, payment, frequency and balance. Together with the statements they give you the current holdback and what a new payment would do to it, checked against the green, amber and red thresholds your shop sets.
Coming soon
AI parsing of statement PDFs is on the roadmap. Today the figures are entered by hand, which is also how most processors check a parser's output.
Matching and submitting without the reply-all chaos
Each lender in your directory has programs (A paper, renewals, sole prop and so on) and rules marked hard, soft or informational. Lender matching runs every rule against the deal and labels each program Eligible, Eligible with warnings, Needs data or Ineligible, with the deciding rule spelled out in the matrix.
From the shortlist you build one submission: a per-lender email template with merge fields, your signature and the documents attached from the deal. Send it from your own email client or mark it sent. Each submission then has its own status, from sent to in review, stips requested, approved, declined or funded, with decline reasons you can report on later.
Submitting to a lender the deal does not match is allowed when you know something the rules do not. It is recorded in the audit log, so a manager can see who sent what and why.
Offers, the pricing block and closing
When offers come back, enter them on the submission. The offer calculator works out the payback, net funding, payment count and amount, term, holdback and your commission, including upsell points between the buy rate and the sell rate. Offers sit side by side so you can present the best one for the merchant and for the shop.
Accepting an offer fills the deal's pricing block (program, repayment method, lien position, buy and sell rate, remit, payment schedule) and locks it, so the numbers you funded on are the numbers on file. Contract status is tracked on the offer.
After funding: getting paid and going again
Marking a deal funded creates the funded deal and its expected commissions. Record what the merchant has paid in, or import the lender's remittance report, and the CRM keeps the paid-in percentage and balance current.
Commission tracking splits each commission between reps and partners, handles clawbacks and disputes, and lets you upload a lender's commission statement to match it against what you expected. The renewals list uses each lender's paid-in threshold to show who can go again, before the merchant goes direct.
Moving your shop over
Most ISOs arrive with years of leads and merchants in another CRM or in spreadsheets. Export them to CSV or Excel, upload the file, map each column once and let duplicates drop out. We import your data with you, and save the mapping as a preset so the next file from the same source takes seconds.
- Export leads, merchants and open deals from your current CRM or spreadsheets.
- Upload and map the columns; duplicates are skipped before anything is created.
- Add your lenders with their criteria, or upload them from a CSV.
- Invite closers, processors and managers with the right role, and start working deals the same day.
The migration guide covers what to export and how to check the import, and you can see how we compare before you decide. Plans start at $69 per user per month. Introductory offer: $0 setup and free migration from your current CRM.
Is it a fit?
A good fit when
- ISO shops from one closer to dozens of reps, with agents limited to their own leads and deals
- Shops that submit to many lenders and want status and decline reasons in one place
- Brokers who place MCA plus term loans, lines of credit, SBA or equipment deals with the same lenders
- Teams leaving their current CRM or spreadsheets who want published pricing and no setup fee during our introductory offer
- Owners who want commissions reconciled against lender statements every month
Not the right tool (yet) when
- Sending submissions from a connected Gmail or Outlook account, with replies pulled back onto the deal (coming soon)
- AI parsing of bank statement PDFs (coming soon; figures are entered by hand today)
- Built-in dialer, SMS and e-sign (coming soon; tap-to-call and tap-to-email work today)
- Credit pulls, UCC searches or a DataMerch integration (you can record a DataMerch hit as a field)
Questions
What makes an MCA CRM different from a general CRM?
It has the objects an ISO actually works with: merchants and owners, monthly bank statement figures, existing positions, lenders with their criteria, submissions per lender, offers with factor-rate math, funded deals, commissions and renewals. In a general CRM you build all of that yourself.
Can sub-ISOs and referral partners be tracked?
Yes. Keep ISO and broker partners, lead vendors and syndicators as companies with their contacts, link them to leads and deals, and give partners a share in the commission split.
Can my reps only see their own deals?
Yes. The agent role sees only its own leads and deals unless the owner turns on shared visibility. Managers and owners see everything, and every change is in the audit log.
Do I have to send submissions from your system?
No. The package is built in the CRM and sent from your own email client, or you mark it sent if you used a lender portal. Sending from a connected Gmail or Outlook account is coming soon.
How much does it cost?
Plans are priced per user per month with no setup fee during our introductory offer, from $69. The current list is on the pricing page.
