Line of credit deals
Deals can be marked as a line of credit and lenders tagged by product, alongside loans and MCA.
Follow-up for increases
Tasks and the activity timeline keep limit increases and renewals on your calendar.
Who qualifies for a line
Lines of credit usually need stronger profiles than advances: more time in business, higher credit, steadier balances and few or no NSFs. Lenders publish these limits by program, and they belong on each program's rules. Lender matching checks the deal's owner FICO, time in business, monthly true revenue, average daily balance, NSFs and negative days, and labels each program Eligible, Eligible with warnings, Needs data or Ineligible.
When a client misses a line by a little, near-miss chips show how close they are, so you can explain what would change the answer or place a different product now.
Statements first
Most online line-of-credit lenders underwrite from three to six months of bank statements. Bank statement analysis holds each month's figures per account and shows averages and trend, so you know before submitting whether the balances will hold up.
Comparing line offers
Line offers come with a limit, a draw fee or rate and a repayment schedule per draw, often weekly or monthly. Record the limit and the terms of a typical draw as an offer, and the calculator shows the payment and total cost for that draw so offers can be compared on the same basis.
A long relationship, not one deal
A client with a line comes back for an increase, a second product or a renewal of the line. Keep each as a separate deal on the same merchant, with the history on the timeline, and set tasks to check in before the line's review date.
Is it a fit?
A good fit when
- Brokers placing revolving lines with online and bank lenders
- Shops that place lines, term loans and MCA for the same clients
- Teams that underwrite from bank statements before submitting
- Brokers who want reminders to come back for increases
Not the right tool (yet) when
- Draw-level tracking of a client's line balance
- Credit pulls
- AI parsing of statement PDFs and bank connect (coming soon)
Questions
Can deals be marked as a line of credit?
Yes. Line of credit is a deal type and a lender product type, so lines sit in the same pipeline as loans and advances.
Can I match on average daily balance and NSFs?
Yes. ADB, NSFs per month, negative days, revenue and trend are all matching metrics drawn from the statement figures on the deal.
Does it track draws on a client's line?
No. It tracks the placement and your commission. Draw-level balances live with the lender.
What does it cost?
Plans are per user per month with no setup fee during our introductory offer. See the pricing page.
