Commercial loan brokers and funding advisors who place small business financing across several products and lenders.

  • Every product in one pipeline

Lenders, programs and offers are tagged MCA, loan, line of credit, SBA, equipment or factoring, and deals as loans or lines, so a merchant who needs two products stays one record.

  • Lender criteria by program

Minimum revenue, time in business, credit, amount, state, industry and entity type per program, checked against each deal automatically.

  • Packages built once

Per-lender email templates with merge fields and the documents from the deal, sent from your own email.

  • Commission splits

Expected and received commissions, split between reps and referral partners, with clawbacks and disputes tracked.

  • Follow-up that happens

Tasks with due dates, typed notes, and an activity timeline on every lead, merchant and deal.

Placing the right product, not just the one you know

A business owner rarely knows whether they need a term loan, a line of credit or an advance. The broker's value is knowing which lender says yes to which profile. Each lender in the directory has programs with a product type, amount range and terms, so the same deal can be matched against loan, line of credit and MCA programs at once.

Lender matching uses the merchant's time in business, credit score, revenue and industry, the requested amount and the ratio of request to monthly revenue. Programs come back Eligible, Eligible with warnings, Needs data or Ineligible, so you can see in a minute whether the file is bankable or belongs with a revenue-based lender.

Applications and documents

Term lenders ask for more paper than MCA funders: tax returns, financial statements, business licenses, proof of ownership. The deal's document list has a type for each, and stips track what each lender asked for and what has arrived. Documents can be verified or rejected with a reason, and every upload is on the timeline.

Merchants can start with your public application form, which collects the business and owner details, a credit range, consent and recent bank statements, then becomes a lead assigned to the rep who shared the link.

Comparing offers across products

Offers are entered per lender. The offer calculator handles monthly, biweekly, weekly and daily payment schedules with a term or a number of payments, and works out the total payback, the payment, fees and the net funding after payoffs. Your commission can be based on the advance, the net or the payback.

For an amortizing term loan with a stated interest rate, use our free business loan payment calculator to show the client the monthly payment and total interest. The offer calculator itself works on a total payback amount, which is how factor-rate and fixed-fee products are quoted.

A pipeline that matches longer cycles

Loan files take days or weeks, not hours. The deal pipeline shows time in status on every card, stage history on every deal, and tasks with due dates so follow-ups do not depend on memory. Owners see the whole board; reps see their own deals unless you share.

Custom fields on leads, merchants and deals hold whatever your lenders ask for that is not built in, such as collateral notes or the purpose of funds detail.

Is it a fit?

A good fit when

  • Brokers placing a mix of term loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment and MCA
  • Teams that keep a long list of lenders and want criteria checked automatically
  • Shops paying reps and referral partners a split of each commission
  • Brokers who want an application link to send to clients

Not the right tool (yet) when

  • Amortization schedules inside deal offers (offers work on total payback; use the free calculator for interest-rate loans)
  • Credit pulls and business credit reports
  • E-sign and sending from a connected mailbox (coming soon)

Questions

Is this only for merchant cash advance?

No. MCA has the deepest tooling, but lenders, programs, deals and offers handle term loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment and factoring in the same pipeline.

Can I store my own lender criteria?

Yes. Add programs per lender and rules on revenue, time in business, credit, amount, state, industry, entity type and more, each marked hard, soft or informational.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes. Upload a CSV or XLSX file, map the columns, and duplicates are skipped. Save the mapping as a preset for next time.

Is there a setup fee?

Setup is $0 (introductory offer). Plans are priced per user per month and published on the pricing page.
