22 statuses in five phases
Statuses brokers already use, grouped so the board shows the open pipeline and closed phases fold away.
Time in status
Every card shows how many days the deal has sat in its status, with full history.
Stips and conditions
Request documents from a default list, verify or reject them, and decide conditions before funding.
Underwriting notes
Six note blocks that save as you type, with version history.
Pricing locked on acceptance
Program, repayment method, lien position, buy and sell rate, remit and payment schedule, locked when an offer is accepted.
Assignments
Sales rep, ISO or broker company, underwriter and lender on every deal.
Statuses that match the work
Deals move through 22 statuses grouped in five phases, from application and document collection through underwriting and submission, offers and contracts, to funded, in repayment, paid in full or dead. The board shows the open phases as columns; closed phases fold into chips. Stage requirements show what a deal needs before it moves on, and pipeline settings set the automatic conditions every new deal starts with and the stage at which pricing locks.
Every status change is in the deal's stage history with who made it and when, and the card shows days in status so stalled deals stand out.
What is on a deal
- The merchant, its owners and its existing positions.
- The request: amount, use of funds, deal type (new, renewal, add-on, consolidation, reverse consolidation, loan, line of credit) and program (MCA, loan, line of credit, factoring, SBA, equipment).
- Documents with types, status and history, and stips requested from the merchant.
- Bank and processor statement figures, lender matches, submissions and offers.
- Conditions, underwriting notes, tasks and the activity timeline.
- Custom fields for anything your shop tracks that is not built in.
The pricing block
Accepting an offer fills the pricing block: program, repayment method (ACH or credit card split), lien position, buy rate and sell rate, remit, payment schedule and period payment. It is then locked, so the terms you funded on cannot drift. If the lender re-prices, it can be unlocked with a reason, and the unlock is recorded.
Who sees what
Agents see their own deals unless the owner opens visibility to everyone. Processors work documents and submissions. Managers and owners see the whole board. Notes are typed (sales, underwriting, compliance and more), and notifying a teammate creates a task for them.
Questions
Can I set conditions that every deal starts with?
Yes. Owners set automatic conditions in pipeline settings, and they are created on every new deal to approve or decline.
Is there a table view as well as the board?
Yes. Board and table, both filterable, and every list exports to CSV.
Can I add my own fields?
Yes. Custom fields on leads, merchants and deals.
Does the pipeline handle loans and lines of credit?
Yes. Deal types include loan and line of credit, and programs cover MCA, loan, LOC, factoring, SBA and equipment.
