Ferrylend

Partner Program Terms

The terms of the Ferrylend partner program: how referrals are credited, how commission is earned, held, reversed and paid, and the rules for promoting Ferrylend.

Version 1.0, effective

The short version

  • Share your referral links with lending companies. A signup counts for you when it comes within the referral window after a click on your link, and the first partner link a visitor opened wins.
  • You earn commission on what referred customers actually pay us, excluding tax, at the rate and for the period shown in your partner dashboard.
  • Commission is held for a period first, so refunds and chargebacks can be taken back. Then it is payable, and we pay it as agreed with you.
  • No spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on our name in search ads, and no referring yourself.
  • Either side can end the partnership. Commission earned honestly before the end is still paid.

1.The program

These terms apply between you and Digital Mundo when you take part in the Ferrylend partner program. By applying you confirm you have read them. Your use of Ferrylend as a customer, if you are one, stays under our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your details.

We review every application and may decline one without giving a reason. Once you are approved, we send you a sign-in link to your partner dashboard, where you create referral links and see what they brought in.

2.How referrals are credited

  • A new workspace is credited to you when its owner signs up within the referral window after opening one of your links in the same browser. The window is shown on the partner page and in your dashboard.
  • If the visitor opened another partner's link first, inside the window, the first link counts.
  • Each workspace is credited to one partner, and that never changes.
  • A workspace is not credited when it is your own: the owner uses your email address or your company's email domain, or you are a user of that workspace.
  • Only workspaces created through self-serve signup are credited. Staff-created workspaces are not, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3.How commission is earned

For each credited workspace, you earn commission on every invoice it pays during your commission period, which starts with its first payment. Your rate, your period and the kinds of revenue that count (for example plan seats, add-ons, usage, the setup fee and other one-time purchases) are shown in your partner dashboard. The program default is shown on the partner page; we may agree different terms with you, and they then appear in your dashboard.

Commission is calculated on what the customer actually paid, excluding taxes, after discounts and credits. A change to your terms applies to invoices paid after the change.

4.Holding, reversals and payment

  • Each commission line is pending for a holding period after it is earned, then it becomes payable. The holding period is shown in your dashboard.
  • If we refund an invoice, issue a credit for it or lose a chargeback, the matching commission is reversed, even if it was already paid. A reversal reduces your next payment. If a chargeback is won, the commission is restored.
  • We pay payable balances by the method and on the schedule we agree with you, and record each payment in your dashboard. We do not pay a balance of zero or less.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your commission. We may ask for tax or payment details before we pay you.

5.How you may promote us

Promote us honestly and lawfully. In particular, do not:

  • send unsolicited email or texts, or call people without the consent the law requires (CAN-SPAM, TCPA);
  • make claims about Ferrylend that are not true, or promise prices, discounts or features we do not offer;
  • bid on Ferrylend or our brand names in search advertising, or use domains or accounts that look like ours;
  • set referral links on people who did not choose to click them, or use any trick to be credited for a signup you did not cause;
  • present yourself as our employee or agent.

If you have a material connection to us that your audience would not expect, disclose it, for example by saying you may earn a commission.

6.Customer information

Your dashboard shows counts, plans and commission. We do not share the names or details of the customers you referred unless we agree otherwise, and we never share their data with you.

7.Pausing and ending

We may pause your links or end your participation at any time, for example if these terms are broken. You may leave at any time by telling us. When the partnership ends, commission earned before the end is still paid as these terms describe, except commission from activity that broke these terms, which is not owed.

8.General

We may change these terms. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that reduces what you earn takes effect. You and Digital Mundo are independent parties: nothing here creates an employment, agency or joint venture relationship. Our liability under these terms is limited to the commission owed to you. The governing law and dispute terms of our Terms of Service apply. Questions: contact us.
