The product
What is an MCA CRM?
A CRM built around merchant cash advance work: leads, bank statements, lender criteria, submissions to several lenders, offers, funded deals, commissions and renewals, instead of generic sales fields you have to bend into shape.
Who is it for?
Lending companies, MCA first: ISOs, brokers and sub-ISO shops that place merchant deals with lenders, and funders who work deals from application to funded, from a single closer to a full sales floor.
Does it handle business loans, lines of credit, SBA and equipment?
Yes. Lenders, their programs and offers can be tagged as MCA, term loan, line of credit, SBA, equipment or factoring, and deals can be marked as a loan or line of credit, so everything you place lives in one pipeline. The deepest tooling (bank statement analysis, positions, factor-rate offer math and renewals) is built for merchant cash advance.
Does it work for residential mortgage brokers?
No. We are built for commercial and business-purpose lending. Consumer mortgage origination needs a regulated loan origination system with TRID disclosures and RESPA and HMDA obligations, which we do not offer.
How does lender matching work?
You store each lender's programs and criteria once: revenue, time in business, credit, positions, holdback, NSFs, industries, states and more. Every deal is checked against them and shows which lenders it qualifies for, with the rule behind every pass or fail and near misses flagged.
Does it send submissions to lenders?
You build the package once with per-lender email templates and the deal's documents, then send it from your own email client and track every status, stip request and decline reason. Sending from a connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox is on the roadmap.
Does it parse bank statements automatically?
Not yet. Today you enter each account's monthly figures and get totals, averages, trend and a holdback check. AI parsing of statement PDFs is on the roadmap.
Do you handle funding, ACH or servicing?
No. We focus on origination: finding, packaging, submitting and closing deals, then tracking remittances, commissions and renewals. Servicing is on the longer-term roadmap.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Ferrylend runs in your phone's browser, with tap-to-call and tap-to-email on every merchant and lead. There is no app to install.
Pricing and billing
How much does it cost?
Core is $69 and Pro is $99 per user per month, billed monthly, or about 15% less billed annually. There is no seat minimum.
Is there a setup fee, an implementation fee or a migration fee?
Not during our introductory offer (for a limited time): setup is $0, there is no onboarding fee, and we import your data from your current CRM or spreadsheets at no charge.
What is the difference between Core and Pro?
Core has everything to work deals: leads and import, the pipeline, merchants, bank statement figures, lender matching, submissions, offers, funded deals, commissions and renewals. Pro adds advanced reports and renewal automation today, and includes e-sign (40 envelopes a month), mailbox sending and 25 AI-parsed statements a month as those ship.
How do add-ons work?
Add-ons are optional and priced on top of a plan: per month for the workspace, per user, or per use. Several are included in Pro. Add-ons marked coming soon are not available yet and are never charged before they ship.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
Plans are month to month unless you choose annual billing. Every list exports to CSV, so your data leaves with you.
Switching and getting started
Can I move over from my current CRM or a spreadsheet?
Yes, and we do it with you. Send us a CSV or Excel export, we map each column to a field once (saved as a preset), skip duplicates and import your lenders from their own file.
What comes across in a migration?
Leads with their business and owner details, your lenders from their own file, and any other column, kept with the lead as extra data. Documents, signed contracts and servicing history usually stay in the old system for reference.
How long does it take to switch?
Most of the work is one export and one mapping session. Teams usually run both systems side by side for a week, then switch over.
How do I get started?
Tell us a few details about your shop on the get started page. We set up your workspace, import your data with you and send your sign-in; your team can work deals the same day.
Security and data
Is my data secure?
Sensitive fields such as SSNs, EINs, dates of birth and bank account numbers are encrypted at rest and shown masked. Access is role-based, agents can be limited to their own deals, and reveals, exports and changes are recorded in an audit log.
Who can see which deals?
Roles are owner, manager, agent, processor and read-only. Agents see only their own leads and deals unless you open that up, and exporting is a separate permission.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Every list exports to CSV, filtered the way you see it, and exports are recorded in the audit log.
