CSV and XLSX import
Upload a file, map each column to a field, preview, and import with errors listed row by row.
Saved presets
Save a mapping per lead vendor so the next file from them imports in seconds.
Duplicates skipped
Duplicates are detected on import and when a lead is created, before reps call the same merchant twice.
Your application link
A public form for merchants with business and owner details, credit range, consent and 3 to 6 statements.
Rep referral links
A rep's own version of the link assigns the new lead to them.
Importing lead lists
Lead lists arrive as spreadsheets with every vendor's own column names. Upload the CSV or XLSX file, match each column to a lead field (business name, owner, phone, email, state, monthly revenue, amount requested and any custom field), and run the import. Rows that fail validation are listed with the reason so you can fix and re-run them.
Save the mapping as a preset named after the vendor. Every import records its source, and the lead source report later shows which lists turned into applications and funded deals.
Working leads
Leads carry a status (Hot Lead, Cold Lead, App Out and others) and an attempt counter that reads "3rd Attempt" on the list. Reps log calls with an outcome, assign and bulk-update leads, and filter by source, status and owner. When a merchant is ready, convert the lead into a merchant, an owner and a deal in one step.
The merchant application form
Your shop gets a public application link. Merchants enter their business and owner details, pick a credit range, agree to the consent text and upload three to six recent bank statements (up to 15 MB each). The submission becomes a lead with the documents attached.
Each rep can share a personal version of the link, and leads that come through it are assigned to that rep. The consent text and its version are stored with the lead, so you can show what the merchant agreed to.
Moving from your current CRM
The same importer handles an export from your current CRM or spreadsheets. Export leads and merchants to CSV, map the columns once, and check the result with the import's row count and error list. The migration guide walks through it.
Questions
What file types can I import?
CSV and XLSX. Map the columns on screen and save the mapping as a preset.
How are duplicates found?
On import and on create, leads are checked against existing records; duplicates are skipped or flagged so reps do not double up.
What does the application form collect?
Business and owner details, a credit range, agreement to your consent text, and three to six bank statements.
Can I see which lead vendor performs?
Yes. Every lead keeps its source, and the source report follows them to applications and funded deals.
