  • We import your data from your current CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Month to month. Export your data any time.

Direct MCA funders and hybrid shops that both broker and fund, especially those with an ISO partner channel.

  • ISO partners as first-class records

Keep every ISO and broker as a company with contacts, link them to the deals they send, and report on what each partner brings in and funds.

  • An underwriting tab that remembers

Six note blocks per deal that save as you type, with version history, plus conditions to approve or decline before funding.

  • Cash flow on the record

Monthly deposits, ADB, NSFs and negative days per account, processor statements, existing positions and a combined holdback check against your thresholds.

  • Pricing locked at acceptance

Program, repayment method, lien position, buy and sell rate, remit and payment schedule are locked when the offer is accepted.

  • Remittance and renewal tracking

A payment ledger with returns and return codes, servicing statuses, paid-in percentage and a renewals list driven by your own threshold.

Intake from ISOs and your own reps

Funders see the same merchant from several ISOs and need to know who sent it first. Deals carry their source and the ISO partner company, merchants are checked for duplicates, and the deal timeline shows every note, status change and document with who did it.

Your direct sales team works its own leads in the same system: import lists, log calls, and share your application link so merchants can apply and upload statements themselves.

Underwriting on one record

The deal moves through statuses in five phases, with time in status shown on the board so stale files stand out. Stips are requested from a default list and marked received, verified or rejected as documents arrive. Conditions are created on new deals and decided one by one.

The bank statement analysis holds the monthly figures per account and computes averages and trend. Existing positions and their payments give you the merchant's current holdback, and the affordability check shows what your offer would add. The underwriting tab keeps the analyst's notes with full version history.

Pricing and offers

Offers are worked out with the same calculator brokers use: advance, factor, fee, payoffs for a consolidation, frequency and term in; payback, net funding, payment, effective factor and holdback out. The server recalculates and stores every number with a calculation version, so the figures on an old deal can be reproduced.

When the merchant accepts, the pricing block is filled and locked. ISO commission is calculated on advance, net or payback, whichever your agreement uses.

After funding

Each funded deal has a remittance ledger: payments, balance snapshots and returned debits with their return codes. Status moves through performing, behind, NSF returns, modified, default, collections, legal, settled, written off, paid off or renewed. The paid-in percentage drives the renewals list.

What we do not do

The CRM does not debit merchants, run an ACH schedule or keep a syndication ledger. Funders that collect through a processor record or import the results here. Servicing and syndication are on the longer-term roadmap.

Is it a fit?

A good fit when

  • Funders with an ISO channel who want partners, submissions and payouts tied to each deal
  • Hybrid shops that broker some deals and fund others from the same pipeline
  • Underwriting teams that want notes, conditions and stips on the deal, with history
  • Funders tracking renewals and paid-in percentage from remittance reports

Not the right tool (yet) when

  • ACH debits, payment processing or a collections workflow (not built; record results instead)
  • Syndication participations and investor payouts (on the longer-term roadmap)
  • Automated state disclosure generation (a compliance pack is coming soon)
  • Credit pulls and UCC filing

Questions

Can ISOs log in and submit deals?

Not yet. ISO partners are tracked as companies linked to their deals, and deals they email are entered or imported by your team. A merchant application link exists today; partner portals are on the roadmap.

Does it handle servicing?

It tracks servicing: payments, returns, statuses, balance and paid-in percentage, by hand or from a remittance report. It does not move money.

Can we use our own underwriting thresholds?

Yes. Affordability bands, business days per month and the renewal threshold are settings, and lender programs and rules are yours to define.

Is sensitive data protected?

SSNs, EINs, dates of birth and bank numbers are encrypted at rest and masked in the interface. Revealing one needs a permission and is written to the audit log. See audit log and data security.
