The best CRM for business loan brokers, compared honestly
The right CRM for a business loan broker depends on where your time goes: chasing leads on the phone, or placing files with many lenders and getting paid on them. This guide compares the options brokers actually shortlist, on published facts as of October 2026. We make one of them; our plans start at $69 per user per month, with the $999 setup fee waived during our introductory offer, and we import your data with you.

What to look for
Lenders as records, not contacts
Each lender's programs and box (revenue, time in business, credit, industries, states, amounts) stored once, so a deal can be checked against all of them. This is what stops wasted submissions.
One deal, many lenders, tracked
A file usually goes to several lenders. You need each submission's status, stips, offer and decline reason on the deal, not in your inbox.
Several products on one pipeline
Term loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment and advances move at different speeds and need different documents. The CRM should handle all of them without separate systems.
Commissions you can reconcile
Expected versus received per funded deal, splits to reps and referral partners, and clawbacks. Brokers lose real money to short payments they never notice.
Calling and marketing, if that is your engine
If you live on the phone, a built-in dialer, SMS and campaigns matter more than lender depth. Be honest about which kind of shop you are.
A price you can see
Per-user or flat, setup fees, platform licences and usage charges. Several vendors in this market quote only after a demo.

The options
1.Ferrylend (ours)
Best for: Brokers who place files with many lenders across several products and want matching, submissions, offers and commissions on one deal, at a published price
Lenders and programs with criteria, a match matrix that shows why each lender passes or fails, one submission package sent to many lenders with per-lender status and decline reasons, an offer calculator across advances, term loans, lines, SBA and equipment, funded deals, renewals and commission reconciliation against lender statements. It runs in any browser, including a phone. Not built yet: a dialer, SMS, e-sign and sending from a connected mailbox are coming soon, and we do no credit pulls or SBA E-Tran.
Pricing: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month, no seat minimum. Introductory offer: the $999 setup fee is waived, and migration from your current CRM is free.
2.Centrex Software
WebsiteBest for: Brokers who also lend or service, and want one vendor for CRM, origination, servicing and a white-label app
Centrex's business loan CRM lists multi-lender submissions with statuses, lender matchmaking from each lender's criteria, ClixSign e-signature, a client portal, a document builder, text and email marketing, investor tracking and loan servicing, with dialers connected through integrations. It is the broadest suite here. Pricing is by demo.
Pricing: Not published; request a demo
3.MCA Simplified
WebsiteBest for: Phone-and-marketing-driven shops that want a dialer, SMS and automations with unlimited users for one flat price
Calls itself an all-in-one CRM for business loan brokers. Its plans list a phone dialer and power dialer, an AI outbound dialer, email and SMS marketing, a deal pipeline, call tracking, a website builder and unlimited team members. We did not find lender matching, multi-lender submission tracking or commission tracking on its site, so ask for a demo of those on one of your deals. Its site shows different setup-fee terms in different places; get the fee in writing.
Pricing: $147 a month (done for you, $297 setup) or $197 a month (done with you, setup shown as waived), plus per-minute, per-text and per-email usage; a $5 six-day trial
4.Commercial Loan Broker Institute CRM
WebsiteBest for: Brokers who trained with the Institute and want its CRM alongside its training
The Institute sells a CRM it describes as built exclusively for commercial loan brokerages, and a custom CRM option. Its page publishes a monthly price but little feature detail, so ask how it handles lenders, submissions and commissions before you move a book of business into it.
Pricing: $147 a month per its CRM page; custom option priced on request
5.ConvergeHub
WebsiteBest for: Small brokerages that want an inexpensive general CRM with marketing tools and an MCA-style workflow
A small-business CRM with a merchant cash advance template: an inquiry-to-funding workflow, deals as trackable cases, offer letters, document follow-up automation, a communication timeline and renewal and collections tracking, with QuickBooks, DocuSign and Mailchimp integrations. Lender matching and commission tracking are not listed on its MCA page.
Pricing: Professional $29, Premium $45, Enterprise $59 per user per month billed annually ($45, $65, $85 billed monthly)
6.Cloudsquare Broker
WebsiteBest for: Established brokerages that run on Salesforce and want API submissions to a lender network
A Salesforce app. Its Broker tier lists lead attribution, application capture, intelligent lender matching, 30 native lender API submissions, one-click resubmit and offer comparison, commission tracking and reconciliation, and renewal tracking. Its pricing page says Salesforce is required and that implementation and migration are included.
Pricing: Custom per seat on its pricing page; its own comparison articles say Broker starts at $75 per user per month plus a separate Salesforce licence
7.HubSpot
WebsiteBest for: Marketing-led shops that want a general CRM and will keep lender work in spreadsheets or custom properties
A strong general CRM with a free tier, calling, email sequences and a large app marketplace. It has no lender records, matching, offer math or lender commissions, so those are built with custom properties or kept elsewhere.
Pricing: Free tier; Sales Hub Starter $20 per seat per month list (promotional pricing shown), Professional from $100, Enterprise from $150 per seat per month
Where Ferrylend fits
A good fit when
- You place term loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment and advances with a panel of lenders and want each deal checked against every lender's box
- Most of your submissions go by email and you want every status, stip, offer and decline reason on the deal
- You split commissions with reps or referral partners and want them reconciled against lender statements
- You want a published per-user price, no seat minimum and the $999 setup fee waived during our introductory offer
Look elsewhere when
- Your shop runs on outbound calling and texting at volume: a built-in dialer and SMS are coming soon here, and tools built around them fit better today
- You need credit pulls, SBA E-Tran or SBA form generation inside the CRM
- You need e-sign, a white-label app or loan servicing in the same system today
- You already run Salesforce and want lending inside it
Two kinds of broker, two kinds of CRM
Brokerages tend to be one of two shapes. Some are call floors: they buy leads, dial and text all day, and their constraint is contact rate. For them a dialer, SMS and automations matter most, and the lender side is a short list in someone's head. Others are placement shops: fewer leads, more complex files, many lenders, and the constraint is getting each file to the right lender and getting paid. For them lender records, submissions and commissions matter most.
Most of the products above lean one way. Decide which shape you are now and which you will be in a year, then shortlist two and test them on three real files from last month: one clean, one complicated, one that was declined.
For a team of one to five
A solo broker or small team rarely needs a suite. Compare total cost for your actual headcount: a flat monthly plan with unlimited users can beat per-user pricing at five seats, and per-user pricing with no minimum can beat it at one or two. Add setup fees, platform licences and usage charges before you compare. The pricing comparison puts every published number in one table.
Switching without losing deals
Export leads, contacts, open deals and your lender list as CSV. Import leads and lenders first, run the old and new systems side by side for a week, and only then move open deals. With us, you map columns once, duplicates are skipped, and we run your first import with you. The migration guide has the details, and our page for business loan brokers shows the day-to-day workflow.

Questions
What is the best CRM for a business loan broker?
It depends on your shop. Call floors that live on the phone do best with a CRM built around a dialer and SMS. Placement shops that send files to many lenders do best with lender records, matching, submission tracking and commission reconciliation. Shortlist two and test them on your own recent files.
Can a general CRM work for loan brokers?
Yes, if you are willing to build lender records, submission tracking and commission math yourself, or keep them in a spreadsheet. Many small shops start that way and move when they add reps or lenders.
Which loan broker CRMs publish their prices?
As of October 12, 2026: we do, and so do MCA Simplified, the Commercial Loan Broker Institute, ConvergeHub and HubSpot. Centrex prices by demo, and Cloudsquare's pricing page says custom per seat.
Why is your product first?
Because we wrote the guide. Every option says who it suits, and the fit section says where we are not the right choice.
