Centrex Software vs Ferrylend
We make a CRM for lending companies, so we are not neutral. This page sticks to what Centrex publishes and what third parties report, says where Centrex is the better fit, and is dated so you know how fresh it is. Our plans are published: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month. Introductory offer: $0 setup and free migration from your current CRM. We import your data from your current CRM: we map and run your first import with you.

Side by side
Centrex describes itself as a full suite of white-labeled fintech software for brokers, lenders, banks, investors and fintechs. Beyond the CRM it sells loan origination, MCA servicing with payment processor connections, syndication with an investor portal, a client portal, a document builder, built-in e-sign (ClixSign), drip campaigns and a white-label mobile app. It suits shops that want one vendor for origination and the money side after funding. We focus on the origination and broker side: leads, statements, lender matching, submissions, offers, commissions and renewals.

Centrex Software is the better choice if
- You fund deals yourself and need servicing: scheduled ACH debits through a payment processor, collections and payoff tracking.
- You run syndication and want participant payouts and an investor portal in the same system.
- You want a white-label mobile app with your own brand for merchants or partners.
- You need built-in e-sign and drip campaigns today, not on a roadmap.
Ferrylend is the better choice if
- You are a broker or ISO shop and the work is getting deals placed: statements, lender fit, submissions, offers and commissions.
- You want to see the price before you talk to anyone, with no setup fee during our introductory offer and no seat minimum.
- You want lender matching that shows why each lender passed or failed, per criterion.
- You want commission statement reconciliation: upload a lender's CSV and match it to funded deals.
What Centrex is
Centrex sells a broad suite. Its MCA CRM page lists contact management, a deal pipeline, lender matching, underwriting across multiple advances, bank statement and credit report integrations, a client portal and a document builder. Its servicing page covers payment processor connections, and it also offers syndication, loan origination and fund management products.
On review sites Centrex scores well on a small sample: G2 showed 4.8 out of 5 on about ten reviews when we checked. Reviewers praise automated ACH, drip campaigns and responsive support. The criticisms that recur in public snippets are slowdowns after updates, the built-in e-sign and a complicated initial setup. With that few reviews, treat any pattern as a hint, not a finding.
Where each fits
If your shop funds deals and needs to collect, syndicate and pay participants, Centrex covers ground we do not. We do not debit merchants, run syndication ledgers or ship a mobile app.
If your shop places deals with lenders, the daily work is different: pull statements, check which lenders fit, send packages, chase stips, compare offers and make sure the commission actually arrives. That is the part we built in depth. See lender matching, submissions and commission tracking.
Pricing
Centrex does not publish prices. Third-party pages put it between about $25 and $100 per user per month and say modules (CRM, servicing, syndication) are priced separately, with consulting and admin retainers on top. These are estimates from other vendors and listing sites, checked October 2026, and Centrex may quote differently.
Our prices are on the pricing page: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month. Introductory offer: $0 setup and free migration from your current CRM.
Switching from Centrex
- Export your leads, merchants and deals from Centrex as CSV.
- Upload the file to our importer, map each column to a field once and save the mapping as a preset. Duplicates are skipped.
- Add your lenders (CSV import works for those too) and their criteria, then invite your team with the right roles.
A one-click Centrex preset is on the roadmap. Today the generic column mapper handles a Centrex export. The full walkthrough is in migrating your CRM.
