Side by side

Cloudsquare builds lending software on Salesforce. CS Broker covers lead flow, submissions through a network of 25+ lenders by API, commissions receivable and payable, and renewal forecasting. Around it sit IntelliParse AI bank statement parsing, e-sign, recurring ACH, and DataMerch and Plaid integrations, plus everything on the Salesforce AppExchange. It is well suited to established brokers and lenders who already use Salesforce or want its ecosystem. We are a standalone CRM with published pricing, built for shops that want to be working in days without a Salesforce project.

Cloudsquare is the better choice if

  • Your company already runs on Salesforce and wants lending inside it.
  • You want API submissions to a lender network and AI statement parsing working today.
  • You need DataMerch or Plaid connected now, or other AppExchange apps.
  • You have, or will hire, a Salesforce admin, and a multi-month implementation fits your plans.

Ferrylend is the better choice if

  • You do not want a Salesforce licence, an implementation fee or an admin to run your CRM.
  • You email most of your submissions and want lender matching with the reason for every pass and fail.
  • You are a small or mid-size shop and want to be live in days.
  • You want one published per-user price with no setup fee during our introductory offer.

What Cloudsquare is

Cloudsquare's site is one of the best in this market and its product is broad. CS Broker and CS Lend are Salesforce apps, so you get Salesforce's reporting, permissions and app ecosystem, and you also take on Salesforce's licensing and admin model. Competitors report three to six month deployments; we could not verify that independently, so read it as a reported range and ask Cloudsquare for a timeline in writing.

Pricing

Cloudsquare's own page lists $75 per user per month with a 15-day money-back period after kickoff. A GetApp listing shows implementation from $7,500. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud lists at $325 per user per month billed annually (as cited by Onyx IQ); whether CS Broker needs a separate Salesforce seat is not clear from public sources, so ask. All figures checked October 2026.

Our plans are Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month, no setup fee during our introductory offer, see pricing.

Where each fits

Lender APIs are still the exception in MCA; most lenders take submissions by email. If your lenders are on Cloudsquare's network, its API submissions save real time. If most of your lenders take email, our submission packages and lender matching cover the same job without the platform cost.

Cloudsquare lists $75 per user per month on its own site. A GetApp listing shows implementation from $7,500. Salesforce licensing may apply on top; ask Cloudsquare for an all-in quote.

Do I need Salesforce to use your CRM?

No. It is a standalone web app. You sign in with an email and password and it runs in any browser, including on your phone.

Do you have a lender API network like Cloudsquare?

Not yet. Today you build the package once and send it from your own email, then track every status. A lender API network is on the roadmap.
