DataMerch
DataMerch is an industry database where MCA funders and brokers report and look up merchants with defaults, fraud or stacking problems before funding.
Also called DataMerch database, MCA default database
Member funders report merchants who defaulted, committed fraud or broke stacking terms, and members search the database before submitting or funding. A hit usually means an automatic decline at most funders.
Brokers who check it before submitting save themselves wasted submissions. Recording the result on the deal lets lender matching apply each funder's rule about DataMerch hits.
Track it on every deal
Statements, offers, positions and commissions with the math worked out, in one CRM for lending companies.
