Side by side
Salesforce is the largest general CRM, with Financial Services Cloud for banks and lenders. It is powerful, deeply customizable and has an enormous ecosystem. Out of the box it does not know what a factor rate, a position, a lender's box or a clawback is, so lending shops build those objects, rules and reports themselves or buy a package on top (Cloudsquare is one). We ship those pieces ready to use.

Salesforce is the better choice if
- You are a large lender with an in-house Salesforce team and processes that go well beyond origination.
- You need deep customization, enterprise integrations or AppExchange apps that no lending CRM offers.
- Your bank or institutional partners require Salesforce.
Ferrylend is the better choice if
- You want MCA and business lending objects ready on day one: lenders and programs, criteria, positions, offers, commissions, renewals.
- You do not have, or want to pay for, a Salesforce admin.
- You want one per-user price with no implementation project.
What you build yourself on Salesforce
- Lender and program records with criteria (revenue, time in business, credit, positions, states, industries) and logic that checks a deal against them.
- Bank statement months, averages, NSFs and negative days, and a holdback calculation that includes existing positions.
- Offer records with factor, buy and sell rate, payback, payment schedule and commission math.
- Funded deals with remittance tracking, paid-in percentage and renewal eligibility.
- Commission expected versus received, splits, clawbacks and reconciliation against lender statements.
Each of these is possible on Salesforce. Together they are a project. Our deal pipeline, lender matching, offer calculator and commission tracking are those pieces, already built.
Pricing
Salesforce publishes its pricing. Onyx IQ cites Financial Services Cloud at $325 per user per month billed annually, plus admin or consultant time. Lower Salesforce editions cost less but come with less. Check salesforce.com for current figures. Our plans are Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month, see pricing.

Questions
Can Salesforce be used for merchant cash advance?
Yes, with customization or an AppExchange package. Salesforce does not ship MCA objects like lender criteria, positions, factor-rate offers or lender commissions, so they are built or bought.
Is your CRM a Salesforce app?
No. It is a standalone web app with no Salesforce licence required.
Can I move from Salesforce?
Yes. Export reports or objects to CSV, upload them and map the columns once. Duplicates are skipped.
