HubSpot vs Ferrylend

We publish this page and make a CRM built for lending. Plenty of ISO shops run on HubSpot plus a dialer and spreadsheets. Here is what that setup covers and what it leaves to the spreadsheet. Our plans are published: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month. Introductory offer: $0 setup and free migration from your current CRM. We import your data from your current CRM: we map and run your first import with you.

Side by side

HubSpot is a general CRM with a free tier and paid Marketing, Sales and Service hubs. It is easy to start, strong on email marketing and sequences, and connects to many dialers such as Kixie. It is not built for lending: deal stages, lender criteria, factor-rate offers, positions, commissions owed by lenders and renewals all have to be modeled with custom properties, or kept outside it.

HubSpot is the better choice if

  • Marketing automation is the center of your business: landing pages, sequences, nurture campaigns at volume.
  • You already run HubSpot with a dialer and your lender work is light enough for a spreadsheet.
  • You want a free tier to start and can live without lending-specific objects.

Ferrylend is the better choice if

  • Your spreadsheet is doing the real work: lender boxes, positions, offers, commissions and renewals.
  • You want each deal checked against every lender's criteria with the reason for each result.
  • You want to know which commissions lenders still owe you.

The usual HubSpot stack for an ISO

A common setup is HubSpot for contacts and pipeline, a power dialer for calling, DocuSign for applications, and a spreadsheet for lender criteria, submissions, offers and commissions. It works until the spreadsheet is the system of record and only one person understands it.

We put the spreadsheet's job on the deal: bank statement figures, lender matching, submissions, offers and commissions.

Pricing

HubSpot has a free CRM and paid tiers that rise with features and seats; we did not re-verify its tier prices for this page, so check hubspot.com/pricing. Our plans are Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month with no setup fee during our introductory offer, see pricing.

Moving from HubSpot

Export contacts, companies and deals from HubSpot as CSV, upload each file and map the columns once; duplicates are skipped and the mapping can be saved as a preset. Bring your lender spreadsheet in through the lender CSV import.

Questions

Is HubSpot good for MCA brokers?

It is a good general CRM with strong marketing tools. It has no built-in lender criteria, offer math, positions, lender commissions or renewals, so brokers usually keep those in spreadsheets or build custom properties.

Can I keep HubSpot for marketing and use your CRM for deals?

Yes. Leads can come in through our application form or a CSV import. A direct HubSpot sync is not built; API and webhooks are on the roadmap.

Is this comparison independent?

No. We publish it and make a competing product. HubSpot facts come from its public site, checked October 2026.
