MCA CRM software in 2026: the honest roundup

We make one of the CRMs on this list, so read it as a vendor's roundup, not a review. We have tried to say who each option suits, including the cases where it is not us. Our plans are published: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month. Introductory offer: $0 setup and free migration from your current CRM. We import your data from your current CRM: we map and run your first import with you.

The options

We make one of the products below and it is listed first because it is ours, not because it wins every category. Facts about other products come from their public sites and third-party listings, linked at the bottom, checked October 2026.

  1. 1.Ferrylend

    Best for

Broker and ISO shops, and funders' sales desks, that want lending objects ready on day one and a published price

A standalone CRM for lending companies, MCA first: lead import and a merchant application form, bank statement figures by month, lender matching with the reason for every pass and fail, submission packages, an offer calculator, funded deals, renewals and commission reconciliation. We do not do servicing, ACH or syndication, and AI statement parsing, e-sign and sending from Gmail or Outlook are still coming soon. We import your data from your current CRM: we map and run your first import with you.

Pricing: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month. Introductory offer: $0 setup and free migration from your current CRM.

  2. 2.Centrex Software

    Website

    Best for

Shops that want one vendor for CRM, servicing, syndication and a white-label mobile app

A broad fintech suite: CRM with lender matchmaking, loan origination, MCA servicing with payment processors, syndication with an investor portal, ClixSign e-sign, drip campaigns and a white-label app. G2 showed 4.8 out of 5 on about ten reviews when we checked.

Pricing: Not published; third-party estimates $25 to $100 per user per month, modules priced separately

  3. 3.Cloudsquare Broker

    Website

    Pricing: Not published; quote-based

  7. 7.HubSpot or Salesforce, built yourself

    Website

    Best for

Teams with an admin who prefer a general CRM

Strong general CRMs with large ecosystems. Lending objects (lender criteria, offers, positions, lender commissions, renewals) are yours to build.

Pricing: HubSpot: free tier plus paid tiers (hubspot.com/pricing). Salesforce Financial Services Cloud: $325 per user per month billed annually, as cited by Onyx IQ

What an MCA CRM has to do

A general CRM tracks contacts and a pipeline. An MCA CRM also has to know a merchant's true revenue, positions and holdback, which lenders the deal fits, what was sent to whom, what each offer costs the merchant and pays you, and when the merchant can renew. Without those, the real work lives in spreadsheets.

Brokers and funders need different things

Brokers and ISOs place deals: they need matching, submissions, offers and commissions. Funders move money: they need underwriting, servicing, collections and often syndication. Hybrid shops sometimes run both kinds of system. See for MCA brokers and for MCA funders.

Questions

What is the best CRM for MCA brokers?

There is no single answer. Brokers who email most submissions usually want lender matching, submission tracking, offer math and commission reconciliation at a published price. Salesforce shops look at Cloudsquare. Shops that also fund and collect need servicing, which points to Centrex or LendSaaS.

Which MCA CRMs publish their pricing?

We do, and Cloudsquare lists a starting per-user price. Centrex, MCA Suite and LendSaaS price on request. HubSpot and Salesforce publish their own tiers.

Why is your product first on the list?

Because we wrote the page. Each option says who it is best for, including where another product is the better fit.
