Side by side
LendSaaS is an origination and servicing platform for direct MCA funders and hybrid shops. It covers ISO and lead management on the inbound side, rule-based underwriting, e-sign, ACH and RTP disbursement, renewal tracking, state disclosures, UCC filing, syndication through a Receivabull partnership and document analysis through an Ocrolus partnership. It is built to run a funder's book. We are built for the shop that sources and places deals with many lenders, and for funders who want a fast pipeline and lender-style CRM without servicing.

LendSaaS is the better choice if
- You are a direct funder and need servicing: disbursement, ACH collections, payment holds and defaults in one system.
- You sell participations and want syndication connected to the platform.
- You need automated state disclosures and UCC filing generated from your own deals.
- Your investors or bank partners ask for a SOC 2 Type II report from your software vendor.
Ferrylend is the better choice if
- You are a broker or ISO and send each deal to several lenders.
- You want to see which lenders a deal fits, and why, before you submit.
- You track commissions owed to you by lenders and reconcile them against lender statements.
- You want published pricing and a setup measured in days, not a project.
What LendSaaS is
LendSaaS is New York based and focused on merchant cash advance funders. Its public material covers lead and ISO management for incoming deals, underwriting rules, e-sign, disbursement and ACH collections, renewals, disclosures and UCC filing. In 2025 it announced a partnership with Ocrolus for AI document analysis and an integration with Receivabull for selling participations. The company states it has processed over $6 billion in funding; that is the company's own figure.
Where each fits
A funder's core system has to move money: fund the deal, debit the merchant, handle returns and pay participants. LendSaaS does that. We do not, and we say so.
A broker's core system has to place deals: qualify the merchant from bank statements, find lenders whose box the deal fits, send the package, compare offers and get paid. That is what we build. Some funders also run an ISO desk or broker out deals they decline; for that side of the house, see for MCA funders.
Pricing
LendSaaS does not publish prices; it is quote-based. Our plans are on the pricing page: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month with no setup fee during our introductory offer.
Using both
A hybrid shop can run servicing on a funder platform and the sales and broker desk on a CRM. In that setup our funded deals view takes remittance reports as CSV, so paid-in percentages and renewal eligibility stay current without double entry of every payment.

Can a funder use your CRM?
Yes, for the pipeline, documents, stips, underwriting notes, conditions, offers and commissions to ISOs. We do not handle disbursement, ACH collections or syndication.
