Submission package
A submission package is the email or upload an ISO sends a funder: the application, bank statements, MTD, ID and voided check, with a clear subject line and summary.
Also called submission, deal package, MCA submission
Most MCA submissions still go by email to a funder's ISO submission address, with PDFs attached and a subject such as "Merchant DBA - $50k ask - ISO name". Some funders take portal uploads. Many have size limits (25 MB is common) and naming rules.
A good package answers the underwriter's first questions in the email body: amount requested, time in business, monthly true revenue, positions, credit range and use of funds. Then track every submission's status, stips and decline reasons per funder.
