A tour of the app

Find any screen from the sidebar, create records from anywhere, and filter and export a list.

6 min Updated Owners, Managers, Agents, Processors, Read-only users

A short walkthrough video is coming. The written steps below cover everything in the meantime.

The sidebar

The sidebar has one entry per part of the business. You only see the entries your role can use, so a processor's sidebar is shorter than an owner's. An entry with a small lock belongs to a feature your plan does not include yet.

ItemWhat it is for
DashboardFunded volume, the conversion funnel, open pipeline, top lenders and your own tasks.
LeadsBusinesses you are working before they apply.
DealsEvery funding request, as a board you drag between stages or as a table.
MerchantsThe businesses themselves, with owners, bank accounts and existing positions.
LendersYour lender directory: criteria, programs, submission settings and commission defaults.
CompaniesISOs and brokers, lead vendors, syndicators and other partner companies.
SubmissionsEvery package sent to a lender, with its status.
CampaignsEmail blasts and drips to leads and merchants: Coming soon.
FundedFunded deals, payments, and the Renewals list.
CommissionsWhat lenders owe you and what you owe reps and partners.
TasksFollow-ups and callbacks across every record.
ReportsConversion funnel, Lender scorecard, Volume & commission and Lead source ROI.
ImportBring in leads or merchants from a CSV or Excel file.
SettingsYour profile, the organization, users, custom fields and the rest of the setup.

At the bottom of the sidebar is your account menu (your name and the organization). It has Profile, Organization settings, the Theme switch (light, dark or system) and Log out.

Working a list

Leads, deals in table view, merchants, lenders, submissions, funded deals and the other lists all work the same way:

  • Search the box at the top. On Leads it covers business, contact, phone and email; press / to jump into it.
  • Filter with the dropdowns next to it (for example Status, Source and Rep on leads). Most take several values at once. Each filter you set shows as a chip under the toolbar; click its x to remove it.
  • More filters on Leads adds state and a received-date range.
  • Sort by clicking a column header.
  • Select rows with the checkboxes to act on many at once. On leads the bar offers Assign, Status, Add to list and Delete, depending on your role: agents can change status, while assigning, lists and deleting are for owners and managers.

Save a view by bookmarking it

There are no saved views yet, but your search, filters, sort and page are kept in the page address. Bookmark a filtered list (for example your hot leads in Texas) and it opens exactly that way next time, or paste the link to a teammate.

Exporting to CSV

On a computer or tablet, the download icon at the end of a list's toolbar (Export CSV (current filters)) downloads the rows that match your current search and filters. On a phone the same option is an Export CSV button under the list. Exports need the export permission (owners, managers and agents), agents export only the records they can see, and every export is recorded with who ran it and the filters used. Reports and the commissions overview have their own Export CSV button.

On a phone, and a few shortcuts

Every page works on a phone. The sidebar becomes a menu behind the button at the top left, and the top bar keeps the search icon and a + button for the New menu. Tables turn into cards, and phone numbers are links you can tap to call.

  • N on the leads list opens Quick add.
  • / on the leads list jumps to search.
  • C on a lead opens Log call.
  • ⌘ or Ctrl + Enter saves a note in an activity timeline.
