Export your data
Download any list to CSV with its current filters, and what you need to know about permissions and sensitive fields.

Every list in the app exports to CSV: leads, merchants, deals, lenders, companies, submissions, funded deals, commissions, tasks and users, plus reports.
- 1Open the list and filter it to what you want (search, status, owner and so on).
- 2Click the download button (Export CSV (current filters)) above the table, on a tablet or computer.
- 3The file downloads with the rows that match your filters. Agents export only the records they can see.
Exports never include full Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or other encrypted values. Cells a spreadsheet could run as a formula are neutralized, so the file is safe to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Every export is recorded in the audit log with who ran it and the filters used.
