The options

We make one of the products below, so this is not an independent review. Facts about other products come from their public sites and third-party listings, linked at the bottom, checked October 2026.

  1. 1.Ferrylend

    Best for

Broker and ISO shops, and funders' sales desks, that want lending objects ready on day one and a published price

A standalone CRM for lending companies, MCA first: lead import and a merchant application form, bank statement figures by month, lender matching with the reason for every pass and fail, submission packages, an offer calculator, funded deals, renewals and commission reconciliation. We do not do servicing, ACH or syndication, and AI statement parsing, e-sign and sending from Gmail or Outlook are still coming soon. We import your data from your current CRM: we map and run your first import with you.

Pricing: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month. Introductory offer: $0 setup and free migration from your current CRM.

  2. 2.Cloudsquare Broker

    Website

    Best for

Established brokers on Salesforce who want API submissions to a lender network and AI statement parsing today

A Salesforce-native broker platform with a 25+ lender API submission network, commissions, renewal forecasting, IntelliParse AI parsing, e-sign, ACH and DataMerch and Plaid integrations. You take on Salesforce's licensing and admin model.

Pricing: From $75 per user per month (Cloudsquare's page); implementation from $7,500 (GetApp listing, third party); Salesforce licensing may apply

  3. 3.MCA Suite

    Website

    Best for

Shops that want syndication and investor access inside the CRM

An MCA CRM listing deal and lead management, submission and commission tracking, syndication, investor access and management-fee tracking. Public detail is thin, so ask for a demo on one of your own deals.

Pricing: Not published; pricing on request

  4. 4.ConvergeHub

    Website

    Best for

Small brokerages that want a general CRM with marketing automation and an MCA template

A generalist CRM with an MCA vertical: lead and contact management, marketing automation, template-based submissions, fee, commission and renewal tracking and a partner portal. It is CRM-first, without underwriting or servicing depth.

Pricing: About $59 per user per month per a third-party list; not confirmed on ConvergeHub's site

  5. 5.LendSaaS

    Website

    Best for

Direct funders that need origination plus servicing, ACH, disclosures and syndication

A funder platform: inbound ISO and lead management, rule-based underwriting, e-sign, ACH and RTP, renewals, state disclosures, UCC filing, and syndication and document analysis through partners. Not built for brokers sending deals out to many lenders.

    Pricing: Not published; quote-based

  6. 6.HubSpot or Salesforce, built yourself

    Website

    Best for

Teams with an admin who want a general CRM and will model lending themselves

Both are strong general CRMs. Neither ships lender criteria, factor-rate offers, positions, lender commissions or renewals, so you build them with custom fields and automation or keep them in spreadsheets.

Pricing: HubSpot: free tier plus paid tiers (hubspot.com/pricing). Salesforce Financial Services Cloud: $325 per user per month billed annually, as cited by Onyx IQ

Why shops look for a Centrex alternative

Centrex is a capable suite, and it covers servicing, syndication and a white-label mobile app that most alternatives do not. The reasons shops give for looking elsewhere are mostly about fit and cost: pricing that is quoted rather than published, modules priced separately, setup and consulting fees, and a suite built for many kinds of fintech rather than for a broker's desk. If you fund and service deals, weigh that before you move. Our full comparison is on Centrex compared.

How to switch

  1. Export leads, merchants, deals and lenders from Centrex as CSV.
  2. Import into the new system, mapping columns once and skipping duplicates. With us, we map and run your first import with you.
  3. Set up lenders and their criteria, then run the old and new system side by side for a week before you cancel.

The step-by-step version, including what to export and how to check it, is in migrating your CRM.

Questions

What is the best alternative to Centrex?

It depends on what you use Centrex for. Broker shops that place deals by email usually need lender matching, submissions, offers and commissions. Funders that collect by ACH need a servicing platform such as LendSaaS. Salesforce shops tend to look at Cloudsquare.

Can I move my Centrex data?

Yes. Export to CSV and import it with a column mapping. We map and run your first import with you.

Is there a Centrex alternative with published pricing?

Yes. We publish ours on the pricing page, and Cloudsquare lists a starting per-user price on its site. Centrex, MCA Suite and LendSaaS price on request.

Switch without the setup fee.

Send us the export from your current CRM and we import it with you. Your team can be working deals the same day.
