Reports and CSV exports

Pull the report you need for the right range and team, and export it or any list to CSV.

6 min Updated Owners, Managers, Agents

A short walkthrough video is coming. The written steps below cover everything in the meantime.

Why it matters

Reports answer the questions an owner asks every month: where funded deals come from, which lenders pay off, which reps convert, and what each lead source really costs. They read the same data the team works in, so they are only as honest as the stages, decline reasons and commissions the team records.

The four reports

TabAnswersGroup by
Conversion funnelHow leads and deals created in the range moved from application to submission, approval and funding.By source, By rep (Pro), Total only
Lender scorecard (Pro)Approval rate, time to offer, price and decline reasons per lender. One row per lender
Volume & commissionDeals funded in the range, payback, and commission expected vs received.By month, By lender, By rep (Pro)
Lead source ROI (Pro)What each source's leads cost against the commission their funded deals earned. ROI uses expected commission. One row per source

Items marked Pro need Advanced reports, which the Pro plan includes. Without it, those tabs show what the feature does instead of the data.

Filters

  1. 1Open Reports and pick a tab.
  2. 2Choose a date range: This month, Last month, Last 30 days, This quarter, Year to date, Last 12 months (the default) or Custom range (up to three years).
  3. 3Narrow by rep (All reps) and lender (All lenders). Filters live in the page address, so a bookmarked or shared link opens the same view.

Agents always see their own deals only; the filter bar says so. Merchants marked as test records never count.

Exporting to CSV

  • Reports: Export CSV in the page header downloads the current tab with its range and filters.
  • Lists (funded deals, all commissions, leads, deals and the rest): the download button above the table exports the rows that match your current filters. It shows on tablets and computers.
  • Commissions overview: Export CSV downloads the commissions in the chosen range.
RoleCan export?
Owner, managerYes, everything they can see
AgentYes, their own records only
Processor, read-onlyNo

Every export is written to the audit log with who ran it. Files never contain full Social Security numbers or bank account numbers, and cells a spreadsheet could run as a formula are neutralized.

Tips

  • Run Volume & commission by lender next to the Commissions overview: a lender with high volume and a big outstanding balance is one to chase.
  • Lead source ROI needs a cost on each source. Set it in Settings → Lead sources.
  • The funded deals export includes paid %, balance, status, estimated payoff and renewal eligible date: a ready-made book review for a lender meeting.

Questions

Why can't a processor export a report?

CSV export is a separate permission. Owners, managers and agents have it; processors and read-only users can view reports but cannot download them. An owner can change a user's role if they need exports.
