Cloudsquare alternatives

Cloudsquare is a capable lending platform built on Salesforce, and that is usually the reason people look elsewhere: a Salesforce licence on top, an implementation project and an admin to keep it running. These are the realistic alternatives for brokers and ISOs. We publish this page and make one of them; our plans are Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month. Introductory offer: the $999 setup fee is waived, and migration from your current CRM is free.

The options

We make one of the products below, so this is not an independent review. Facts about other products come from their own websites, linked at the bottom, checked October 12, 2026.

  1. 1.Ferrylend

Best for: Brokers and ISOs who want lender matching, submissions, offers and commissions without a Salesforce licence or an implementation project

A standalone web CRM: lender criteria and a match matrix, multi-lender submissions sent from your own email with every status tracked, offers compared side by side, funded deals, renewals and commission reconciliation. It does not have a lender API network, AI statement parsing or e-sign yet; those are on the roadmap. We import your data with you.

Pricing: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month, no seat minimum. Introductory offer: the $999 setup fee is waived, and migration from your current CRM is free.

  2. 2.Centrex Software

    Website

Best for: Shops that want a broad suite with servicing and e-sign, without Salesforce

A standalone suite: CRM with lender matchmaking and multi-lender submissions, ClixSign e-signature, a client portal, text and email marketing, loan servicing and a white-label mobile app. The closest in breadth to Cloudsquare without the Salesforce layer.

Pricing: Not published; request a demo. Third-party estimates of $25 to $100 per user per month, modules separate

  3. 3.ConvergeHub

    Website

Best for: Small shops that want a low published price and marketing tools

A general small-business CRM with an MCA template: inquiry-to-funding workflow, offer letters, document follow-up automation, renewal and collections tracking. Lender matching and commission tracking are not listed on its MCA page.

Pricing: $29 to $59 per user per month billed annually, $45 to $85 billed monthly (ConvergeHub's pricing page, checked October 12, 2026)

  4. 4.MCA Simplified

    Website

Best for: Call-floor shops that want a dialer, SMS and automations with unlimited users

An all-in-one CRM for business loan brokers with a phone and power dialer, an AI dialer, email and SMS marketing and a deal pipeline. Lender submissions and commission tracking are not listed on its site.

Pricing: $147 or $197 a month flat with unlimited users, plus call, text and email usage

  5. 5.Specter Systems

    Website

Best for: Brokerages that want intake, statement analysis, lender matching and multi-lender submissions and are fine with an enterprise sales process

Describes itself as a finance-native CRM for capital brokers and lenders. Its plans list a multi-lender submission workflow, commission tracking, SMS and email blasts, and e-signature. It says there is no free trial.

Pricing: Not published; plans listed without prices, seats through an enterprise account

What Cloudsquare does well

Be clear about what you would give up. Cloudsquare's Broker tier lists lead attribution, application capture, intelligent lender matching, 30 native lender API submissions, one-click resubmit with offer comparison, commission tracking and reconciliation, and renewal tracking, and its platform adds AI statement parsing, e-sign, ACH and the Salesforce AppExchange. If your lenders take API submissions and you want all of that today, it is a strong choice. Our Cloudsquare comparison goes row by row.

The Salesforce question

Cloudsquare's pricing page says Salesforce is required and that implementation and migration are included in every plan. Its own articles put Broker at $75 per user per month with a separate Salesforce licence on top. That combination suits a company that already runs Salesforce. For a five-person brokerage that does not, the licence, the implementation and an admin to maintain it are the real cost, which is why most people searching for alternatives want a standalone CRM.

Moving off Cloudsquare

  1. Export leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities and your lender records from Salesforce reports as CSV.
  2. Import leads and lenders first, mapping columns once; duplicates are skipped. We run the first import with you.
  3. Rebuild each lender's criteria, then run both systems for a week before you move open deals and cancel.

The full checklist is in migrating your CRM, and every published price is in our pricing comparison.
