Your account, password and sign-in
Change your name, email or password, what to do if you forget your password, and how sign-in is protected.
Updated
Open Settings → Profile to change your name or email, or to set a new password. You need your current password, and the new one must be at least 10 characters and different from the old one.
Forgot your password?
Ask an owner or manager in your organization to set a new one for you from Settings → Users & invites, or contact us from the Forgot? link on the sign-in page.
Sign-in protection
After several failed attempts, sign-in is paused for a short time; wait a minute and try again. Deactivated users cannot sign in. Use a unique password, and never share your sign-in: give each teammate their own.
